Hab-Lab trademark registered

We are delighted that the Intellectual Property Office has registered Hab-Lab as a trademark.

Hab-Lab is our award-winning service which builds on our reputation for sustainable design and reinforces our aspiration to create designs that not only look great but also perform flawlessly. Our aim is to close the performance gap in newbuild and retrofit projects. See our services section for more information.

Intellectual property (or IP) refers to creative work which can be treated as an asset or physical property. Intellectual property rights fall principally into four main areas: copyright, trademarks, design rights and patents. Most of our work is protected through copyright law, Hab-Lab is John Gilbert Architect’s first trademark.
