Sustainable Homes’ Managing Director Bevan Jones said: “I am thrilled to see such a diverse group of organisations coming together to celebrate sustainability in housing. These organisations represent the best of housing and demonstrate that sustainability plays a major role in enhancing people’s lives.

“John Gilbert Architects’ retrofit measuring tool is highly innovative with regards to technology and research. Their case study example showed that the tool is already having impressive results, and there is great scope for replicability here. The tool can help optimise the retrofitting process for housing associations across the UK, ensuring they hit targets and raise the efficiency of the housing stock”.
