John Gilbert Architects now distributes digital models of projects for clients and the community to walk round, test and offer feedback. We will either email the file to you or send you a link to download it. Our 3D models are created with GRAPHISOFT BIMx and to view them you need either a mobile or desktop version of BIMx viewer.

Desktop

Please download the free BIMx viewer from the Graphisoft website, it works on PC’s and Macs.

iphone / ipad

Search for the free BIMx app in the App Store, download and install it.

Android

Search for the free BIMx app in the Google Play store, download and install it.

Kindle

Download BIMx app for Kindle Fire (2nd generation) devices from Amazon Appstore.

Virtual reality

If you have an Android  phone or Iphone then ask to borrow one of our virtual reality glasses, we’ll set you up to have an immersive walk round your project.
