\"Passivhoos\"

Passivhoos<\/h2><\/span>Passivhoos is a range of social housing types that meet the international Passivhaus standards\u00a0and Scottish Government budget benchmarks. It has been developed for Scottish housing providers and is available in a variety of configurations to suit many different sites.<\/p>\n

Hab-Lab<\/h2><\/span>Hab-Lab builds on our reputation for sustainable design, it reinforces our aspiration to create designs that not only look great but also perform flawlessly. Tenement Toolbox<\/h2><\/span>The Tenement Toolbox is a standard format condition report targeted at residents, owners and managers of tenements. This fixed fee service has been developed to serve as both an inspection report, and a practical document for taking forward repairs and maintenance projects; summarising the existing condition of the building, priorities for repair and the costs of these repairs.<\/p>\n
