Most of our work is on a consultancy basis, architecture projects, conservation work, retrofit projects and strategy work.
We offer:

• feasibility studies (usually fixed fee)
• full architectural service for small projects (usually fixed fee)
• full architectural service for large projects (usually percentage basis)
• ad-hoc services (usually on an hourly rate)

Hab-Lab

We offer three levels of service for Hab-Lab, with increasing levels of investigation:

• snapshot – a quick, one-off study into a specific issue or property.
  This includes generating archetype specific EESSH compliance
  proposals
• seasonal – investigating issues or a specific house types in depth
  and making retrofit proposals, benefits from additional time for
  more detailed investigations.
• partnership – long-term partnership over a number of years,
  enabling us to offer full research & development services reviewing
  completed work and developing key documents.

Passivhoos

Passivhoos is based on a design and build contract. We have an established team and set pricing for this configuration.
We can offer:

• initial site capacity / feasibility studies (fixed fee)
• full project delivery (D&B basis) on fixed cost
